Lincoln AI is a control system being designed and validated to keep JPLaw's internal work within the Raw Prudence standard. It is designed to check consent, facts, authority, minimum intrusion, proportionality, challenge, remedy, and human approval.
Lincoln AI is not a government regulator or lawyer, and it does not decide legal questions, matter engagement, signature, filing, settlement, or external action.

Unverified action is stopped.
The operating design is structured so that, when a risk signal arrives, a person's safety and freedom of choice are checked, necessary originals are preserved, and a responsible person is named to connect it immediately to someone with authority.
Lincoln AI is designed to examine facts and unknowns, conflicts of interest, jurisdiction, authority, human impact, and reversibility before action. Procedures that return work to the responsible person or block external action when a required item is missing are being validated.
Speed does not come from omitting review. We move quickly by deciding in advance what must be checked first and who is responsible for the next action.

- It does not autonomously carry out engagement, final advice, filing, settlement, signature, transmission, or external action.
- Final action is approved by a person whose exact entity, role, qualifications, jurisdiction, and mandate have been verified.
- It does not pass a decision that removes a party's routes to challenge, correction, review, and remedy.

Lincoln AI prepares the verification process,
and an authorised person approves.
Lincoln AI is currently in design and validation. The same standards apply to internal documents and public material even before JPLaw begins legal services, but final responsibility for legal acts and external execution remains with a person whose qualifications and authority have been confirmed.
