Verified public response

Res Publica manages verified facts and authorised public statements, and corrects confirmed errors. Chromite stops external action when risk rises, preserves people and evidence, and records the responsible person and next review time.
After launch, where a separately documented funding source, provider, and local conditions have been confirmed in writing, Chromite may consider a route connecting the person to one initial session with a qualified independent psychological professional at no cost to that person. No Chromite protection budget is claimed to exist. A café near the person's home chosen by them would only be a starting point for introduction, identity verification, and accompaniment—not a place for confidential counselling.
Actual counselling would occur only in a private place, or through a permitted visiting arrangement, where express consent, local law, professional judgment, safety, qualifications, insurance, and confidentiality conditions have been confirmed. This is not a service currently offered, and JPLaw and Chromite do not directly provide psychological counselling, diagnosis, medical care, emergency services, or crisis response.

Not a document that expands authority,
A standard that stops every authority holder.
The JP Constitution is the highest internal standard that JP Organization and organisations acting beneath it must observe before people, facts, records, and due process.
The current canonical text, Master v5.0, JP-CONST-ANNALS-2026-0728, is a 116-page integrated enactment draft for ratification comprising 72 articles, institutional gazettes, system journals, required registers, and ratification annexes. It is not yet a ratified constitution in force and does not replace each entity's governing documents, operating agreements, applicable law, or professional rules.

but a motto born in JPLaw.
Raw Prudence is JPLaw's founding motto. It is not a separate organisation, product, or brand borrowed from outside.
It names an internal promise to put records before reaction, evidence before claims, responsibility before authority, and to preserve humanity and proportionality in the final judgment.
JP Juris, Res Publica, Chromite, and the group's operating assets help give this motto practical form through procedures and controls. But its origin and public identity belong to JPLaw.
