TRINITY REVIEW · LINCOLN CONTROL METHOD
Evidence, adverse review, and human approval
are kept separate.
Trinity consists of three separate records required by Lincoln AI before external action. Evidence organises sources and unknowns; Challenge preserves adverse material and alternatives; and Human release records approval of the exact scope and version by a named and authorised person.
Work moves to the next stage only when all three records exist. Trinity is an internal review procedure, not legal advice, a determination of a matter, or a public AI service.

Human release.
External action stops if evidence has not been verified, dissent has not been reviewed, or no approver has been named. Human release is not automatic approval or model assent; it is final permission by a person whose name, role, authority, scope, and version are recorded.

The same material is not merely summarised three times. Each stage separately checks conclusions without sources, omission of adverse facts, and execution without authority.

An approver is not someone who merely replies, “Looks good.” It is the person who accepts responsibility for the exact entity, authority, version, recipient, next action, and review.

- Approval by one brand is not approval by another.
- An introduction, relationship, meeting attendance, or exchange of material is neither an engagement nor representative authority.
- Automation and models cannot hold authority for external action.
- One person's data is not automatically reused for another purpose, matter, or brand.
- A public correction route is not matter intake or a dispute channel.
- Even human approval has no effect without qualifications, jurisdiction, conflict review, and an actual mandate.

authority and limits.
Trinity is a method for review and approval within Lincoln AI. It has no legal authority or professional judgment of its own.
Legal judgment and external action belong to a person whose performing entity, jurisdiction, conflicts, written mandate, and qualifications have been confirmed. Trinity review alone creates no engagement, confidentiality, access to matter material, or authority for external action.
07 / PRESENT STATUS
Trinity separates the review records,
and Lincoln AI checks the standards.
A named and authorised person approves and remains responsible for final action. Trinity and Lincoln AI are in design and validation; they provide no matter engagement, legal advice, automated decision, or external execution.
