TRINITY REVIEW · LINCOLN CONTROL METHOD

Evidence, adverse review, and human approval
are kept separate.

Trinity consists of three separate records required by Lincoln AI before external action. Evidence organises sources and unknowns; Challenge preserves adverse material and alternatives; and Human release records approval of the exact scope and version by a named and authorised person.

Work moves to the next stage only when all three records exist. Trinity is an internal review procedure, not legal advice, a determination of a matter, or a public AI service.

JPLAWREVIEW METHODRAW PRUDENCE

01 / DECLARATION

Evidence.
Challenge.
Human release.

External action stops if evidence has not been verified, dissent has not been reviewed, or no approver has been named. Human release is not automatic approval or model assent; it is final permission by a person whose name, role, authority, scope, and version are recorded.

02 / THREE AXES

INDEPENDENT INPUT · PRESERVED DISSENT

Record the three reviews
separately.

The same material is not merely summarised three times. Each stage separately checks conclusions without sources, omission of adverse facts, and execution without authority.

I

Evidence

Evidence

No conclusion without provenance.

  1. What are the original and source, and who created them when?
  2. To which jurisdiction and effective time do the fact or rule belong?
  3. Are direct facts, third-party claims, human inference, and model inference separated?
  4. What remains unverified or disputed?
SOURCE MAP · FACT / CLAIM / INFERENCE / UNKNOWN
II

Challenge

Challenge

No release without an adverse view.

  1. Have adverse evidence and competing interpretations been preserved adequately?
  2. Who benefits, and who bears the risk and cost?
  3. Is there a less restrictive and more recoverable option?
  4. Can the party refuse, correct, and challenge without retaliation?
DISSENT LOG · CONFLICTS · HUMAN IMPACT · ALTERNATIVES
III

Human release

Human approval

No action without a named human.

  1. Which person, acting for which entity and under what qualification and mandate, is responsible?
  2. What are the exact scope, version, recipient, and validity period of the approval?
  3. What is the next permitted action, and what actions are prohibited?
  4. Who is responsible for review, stopping, rollback, correction, and remedy?
OWNER · AUTHORITY · SCOPE · VERSION · NEXT REVIEW

03 / RELEASE RECORD

ONE RECORD · ONE ACCOUNTABLE RELEASE

Before approval,
record the responsible person.

An approver is not someone who merely replies, “Looks good.” It is the person who accepts responsibility for the exact entity, authority, version, recipient, next action, and review.

01 · Entity

The exact entity and operating surface taking action

02 · Human owner

A named, contactable responsible person with their role and qualifications

03 · Authority

Source, scope, jurisdiction, and validity period of the mandate

04 · Evidence state

Verified facts, claims, inferences, unknowns, and key sources

05 · Adverse view

Preserved dissent, conflicts of interest, and human impact

06 · Action

Permitted next action, prohibited actions, and recipients

07 · Version

Approved version, change history, effective time, and rollback point

08 · Review

Next review time and routes for correction, stopping, and remedy

04 / NO INHERITED AUTHORITY

RELATIONSHIP IS NOT PERMISSION

Even a close relationship
does not confer inherited authority.

  • Approval by one brand is not approval by another.
  • An introduction, relationship, meeting attendance, or exchange of material is neither an engagement nor representative authority.
  • Automation and models cannot hold authority for external action.
  • One person's data is not automatically reused for another purpose, matter, or brand.
  • A public correction route is not matter intake or a dispute channel.
  • Even human approval has no effect without qualifications, jurisdiction, conflict review, and an actual mandate.

05 / STOP IS A RESULT

BLOCKED MEANS THE CONTROL WORKED

When an item remains unverified,
stop external action.

Work does not move to external action while any condition below remains. A stop is not an error screen hiding failure; it is an operating state showing the next verification and the responsible person.

01

Identity

Identity or counterparty remains unverified

02

Authority

No acting entity, qualification, mandate, or jurisdiction

03

Consent

Free consent, refusal, or independent choice is not assured

04

Evidence

A core conclusion depends on an unsourced claim or mixed inference

05

Conflict

A conflict of interest or adverse material has not been reviewed

06

Human impact

Safety, family, housing, travel, money, or secondary harm remains unresolved

07

Data

No purpose, access rule, sharing rule, retention rule, deletion rule, or legal basis

08

Release

No named approver, final version, or rollback route

06 / PUBLIC BOUNDARY

A METHOD · NOT A PRODUCT OR AUTHORITY

Trinity's
authority and limits.

Trinity is a method for review and approval within Lincoln AI. It has no legal authority or professional judgment of its own.

Legal judgment and external action belong to a person whose performing entity, jurisdiction, conflicts, written mandate, and qualifications have been confirmed. Trinity review alone creates no engagement, confidentiality, access to matter material, or authority for external action.

07 / PRESENT STATUS

Trinity separates the review records,
and Lincoln AI checks the standards.

A named and authorised person approves and remains responsible for final action. Trinity and Lincoln AI are in design and validation; they provide no matter engagement, legal advice, automated decision, or external execution.
